Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. All product descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in GBP.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and payment has been received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Costs

• Orders over £50: Free UK standard shipping
• Orders under £50: £3.99 UK standard shipping

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Method

All posters are shipped in protective rigid tubes to prevent damage during transit. We ship from the UK using Royal Mail or trusted courier services.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind

As our posters are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will work with you to find a solution if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if printing has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.

All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of SpicyEditions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

When you purchase a poster, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the physical print for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs.

Restrictions

You may not use our products or images for commercial purposes, resale, or mass reproduction without our explicit written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpicyEditions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
